* Ranch House rate is for the first 6 people: $20 per night for each additional person up to 12.
- Group rates available. All rates are subject to change without notice: 2-night minimum. Children 2 and under are free. Guest horses with a current health certificate may be boarded at $20 nightly per horse (feed included).
- Pets are accepted with limitations at $10 nightly per pet. Pets must be declared at time of reservation.
Reservation Policy
The following applies to all reservations:
- A 50% advance lodging deposit is required 30 days prior. The account balance is due at departure. We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express, personal checks, traveler checks, or money orders for payments. A 10% cancellation fee applies to all canceled or reduced stays. The cancellation fee increases to 50% for cancellations or reductions within 30 days of arrival.
- When 3 or more cabins are reserved by one party, a 60 day notice is required to avoid the increased fee for cancellations or reductions.
